4. Setup
4.1 Attaching Sandpaper
- Ensure the sander is unplugged from the power source.
- Align the holes on the sandpaper sheet with the holes on the sander's hook-and-loop base plate.
- Press the sandpaper firmly onto the base plate to secure it.

4.2 Connecting the Dust Collection System
- For basic dust collection, attach the provided dust bag to the dust port at the rear of the sander. Ensure it is securely fitted.
- For enhanced dust collection, attach the Φ32 dust adapter to the dust port. Then, connect a compatible vacuum cleaner hose to the adapter.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Sanding Tips
- Always start with a coarser grit sandpaper (e.g., P80) for removing material or old finishes, then progress to finer grits (e.g., P240) for a smooth finish.
- Apply light, even pressure. Excessive pressure can reduce sanding efficiency and damage the workpiece or sander.
- Move the sander in overlapping passes, following the grain of the wood where applicable.
- Regularly check the sandpaper for wear and replace it when it becomes dull or clogged.
5.2 Powering On/Off
- Plug the sander into a suitable power outlet (230 Volts).
- To turn the sander ON, press the power switch.
- To turn the sander OFF, press the power switch again.
5.3 Sanding Techniques
