The taopodo Bluetooth Speaker (Model M13-VINE1(BK)) is a portable audio device designed for high-fidelity sound and versatile use. It features Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, 30W dual speakers with dual bass drivers, and dynamic RGB lighting. With an IPX7 waterproof rating and up to 30 hours of battery life, it is suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments. The speaker supports TWS pairing for stereo sound, AUX input, and TF card playback.

Controls and Ports

1. Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to change light modes.
2. Play/Pause Button: Play or pause music. Answer/end calls.
3. Volume Down / Previous Track: Short press for volume down, long press for previous track.
4. Volume Up / Next Track: Short press for volume up, long press for next track.
5. EQ Button: Short press to cycle through EQ modes.
6. USB Port: For USB drive playback.
7. TF Card Slot: For TF (MicroSD) card playback.
8. DC5V Charging Port: USB-C port for charging the speaker.
9. AUX Input: 3.5mm audio jack for wired connection.

Setup

Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC5V charging port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.

Operating Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power on the speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "M13" from the list of devices.
4. Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the light will stop flashing.
5. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

TWS allows you to connect two M13 speakers for a stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both M13 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker, double-press the Power button. It will enter TWS pairing mode.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. A confirmation sound will indicate successful TWS pairing.
4. Once TWS paired, connect your device to one of the speakers via Bluetooth as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section. Both speakers will then play audio in stereo.

AUX Mode

Connect an external audio device using the provided 3.5mm AUX audio cable to the AUX input port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

TF Card / USB Playback

Insert a TF (MicroSD) card or a USB drive with audio files into the respective slot. The speaker will automatically detect and play music from the inserted media.

Light Modes

The speaker features dynamic RGB lights. Short press the Power button to cycle through different light modes. There are 5 change modes and 30 light changes available.

EQ Modes

Short press the EQ button to cycle through different equalizer modes, optimizing the sound for various music genres or preferences.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use.
