2. Important Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport if needed.
  2. Placement: Place the cooktop on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit, especially around the cooling vents. Do not place it directly against a wall or in an enclosed space.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the voltage of your power outlet matches the cooktop's requirements (110V). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. First Use Odor: During the first use, a slight odor may be present. This is normal and will dissipate with subsequent uses. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Operation

  1. Power On: Plug the cooktop into a suitable electrical outlet. The display will light up.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the cooktop from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely. The cooling fan will continue to run until the unit is safe to touch.
  2. Glass Surface: Wipe the crystal glass surface with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for glass cooktops. Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or steel wool.
