Setup
1. Unboxing and Placement
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the self-emptying station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front. Connect the power adapter to the station and plug it into a power outlet.
2. Initial Charging
Place the robot vacuum onto the charging pins of the self-emptying station. Ensure the robot is properly docked and charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot before operation, which typically takes 4-6 hours.
3. App Connection Setup
To unlock full features and control, connect your robot vacuum to the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz routers may require a separate 2.4GHz network setup). Bluetooth should also be enabled on your device.

- Place the robot on a flat surface. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the indicator light blinks.
- Open the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app. Follow the in-app instructions to search for and connect to the device.
- Once connected, the app will guide you through initial mapping. The robot will scan your home to create an accurate map. During this initial scan, the robot will not clean. Cleaning will commence after mapping is complete.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.
1. Self-Emptying Station and Dustbag
The 3.5L dustbag in the self-emptying station can hold up to 60 days of debris. Replace the dustbag when full. The station automatically empties the robot's dustbin after each cleaning cycle.

2. Cleaning the Dustbin and Filter
Although the self-emptying station handles most debris, periodically check and clean the robot's internal dustbin and HEPA filter. Tap out loose debris from the filter and rinse the dustbin with water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reinstallation.

3. Brush and Side Brush Cleaning
Remove the main brush and side brushes regularly to clear any tangled hair or debris. Use the cleaning tool provided to cut and remove hair from the main brush. Wipe the side brushes clean.
4. Mopping Pad Care
After each mopping session, remove and clean the mopping pad. It can be hand-washed or machine-washed. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reattaching it to the mop holder.
5. Sensor Cleaning
Wipe the cliff sensors, wall sensors, and charging contacts on both the robot and the station with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper navigation and charging.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your robot vacuum, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Robot not charging: Ensure the charging pins on both the robot and station are clean and free of debris. Verify the power adapter is securely plugged in.
- Robot gets stuck frequently: Clear obstacles like cables, toys, or loose rugs from the cleaning path. Use the app to set no-go zones or virtual walls around problem areas.
- Poor cleaning performance: Check if the dustbin is full or the filter is clogged. Clean the main brush and side brushes for tangled hair. Ensure the suction level is appropriate for the floor type.
- App connection issues: Confirm your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Restart your router, smartphone, and robot. Try re-pairing the device through the app.
- Robot is noisy: Check for any foreign objects caught in the brushes or wheels. Ensure all components are correctly installed.
