4.1 Assembly

1. Attach the Container: Securely screw the 1400ml container onto the spray gun body. Ensure it is tightly fastened to prevent leaks.

5.1 Adjusting Spray Patterns and Flow

• Adjustable Spray Patterns: Rotate the air cap to switch between three patterns: horizontal (90°), vertical (180°), and circular (45°). Choose the appropriate pattern for your project.

5.2 Spraying Technique

For best results, maintain a consistent distance of approximately 15-20cm from the surface. Apply thin, even coats with overlapping passes. Avoid applying too much paint at once to prevent sagging or uneven coating.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your paint sprayer and to prevent paint blockage.

1. Separate Components: Disconnect the front half body from the motor. Ensure the motor body does not come into contact with water or liquid.
2. Drain Residual Paint: Drain any remaining paint from the feed pipe and container.
3. Disassemble Nozzle Section: Remove the lock nut, air cap, and nozzle. Place these parts, along with the feed pipe, into a container with cleaning agent (or water for water-based paints) for soaking.
4. Clean Components: Use the provided cleaning brush and needle to thoroughly clean the air inlet, inner wall of the feed pipe, and all nozzle holes. Wipe the O-ring of the nozzle with a cloth only.

7. Clear the Pipe: After reassembly, fill the container with clear water and spray for 20 seconds to ensure the internal pipe is clear.
