2. Setup
2.1 Package Contents
- 1 x TP-S15 Display Unit
- 4 x External Tire Pressure Sensors
- 1 x Anti-slip Mat (for display unit)
- 1 x Installation Tool Kit (wrench, anti-theft nuts)
- 1 x USB-C Charging Cable (adapter not included)
- 1 x User Manual
2.2 Sensor Installation
- Unscrew the original valve cap from your tire.
- Screw on the anti-theft hexagonal nut onto the valve stem.
- Screw the corresponding sensor onto the valve stem. Ensure the sensor is tightened clockwise. Each sensor is labeled (e.g., FL for Front Left, FR for Front Right, RL for Rear Left, RR for Rear Right).
- Using the provided wrench, tighten the anti-theft nut counter-clockwise against the sensor to secure it.
- Check for any air leakage using soapy water.

2.3 Display Unit Placement
Place the display unit on your vehicle's dashboard using the provided anti-slip mat. Ensure it is positioned where it receives adequate sunlight for solar charging and does not obstruct your view while driving. The unit will automatically turn on when it senses vibration.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off and Display Features
- Automatic Operation: The TP-S15 features automatic power-on upon sensing vibration and automatic sleep mode when stationary.
- Adaptive Backlight: The display's backlight adjusts automatically to ambient lighting conditions for optimal visibility.
- Alert Indication: In case of a tire abnormality, the display will automatically switch to a striking red light to alert the driver.

3.2 Alarm Modes and Thresholds
The TP-S15 system includes six distinct alarm modes to ensure comprehensive tire safety:
- Rapid Leak Detection
- High-Pressure Alert
- Low-Pressure Alert
- High-Temperature Warning
- Low Sensor Battery Voltage Notification
- Sensor Failure Alert
Upon initial pairing, the system automatically sets the current tire pressure as the reference point. Alarm thresholds are then set within an alarming range of +25% PSI to -15% PSI of this reference pressure.

3.3 Charging Options
The display unit offers multiple charging methods:
- Solar Charging: The integrated solar panel allows for continuous charging when exposed to sunlight.
- USB-C Charging: For periods of low sunlight or indoor charging, the unit can be charged via a USB-C port.
- Cigarette Lighter: An optional cigarette lighter adapter (not included) can be used for charging without occupying the vehicle's primary charging port.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Sensor Battery Life
The external sensors are designed for low power consumption, operating for up to six months on a single CR1632 battery. The overall lifespan of the sensors can be up to two years. Replace batteries when a low sensor voltage notification appears on the display.
4.2 Durability
The sensors feature an IPX7 waterproof rating, anti-theft design, and dust-proof construction, making them suitable for various weather conditions and environments. The special toothed washer locks the battery cover when the brass lock nut is tightened, ensuring durability.

5. Troubleshooting
- Temperature Unit: Please note that the display unit shows temperature in Celsius only and cannot be changed to Fahrenheit.
- Connection Issues: If sensors are difficult to connect initially, ensure they are correctly installed and the display unit is reset. Driving for a short period may help the sensors establish connection.
- Display Brightness: The display features automatic backlight adjustment. There is no manual adjustment for brightness.
- False Alarms: If an alarm sounds without an apparent reason, verify all sensors are securely attached and tire pressures are within the normal range. Recalibrating the system by resetting the display unit may resolve the issue.
- Sensor Not Detected: If a sensor is not detected, check its battery status and ensure it is properly installed. Driving the vehicle can sometimes help the system detect newly installed or re-installed sensors.
