Setup
1. Battery Charging and Installation

- Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the trimmer handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.

2. Attaching the Safety Guard
The safety guard must be attached before operating the trimmer to protect against thrown debris.
- Align the safety guard with the mounting points on the trimmer head.
- Securely fasten the guard using the provided screws or clips. Ensure it is firmly in place and does not wobble.
3. Installing Cutting Line/Blades
The K80 trimmer supports both string line and plastic blades.

4. Adjusting the Telescopic Shaft and Auxiliary Handle
Adjust the trimmer to a comfortable length for your height and posture to reduce fatigue.
- Loosen the locking collar on the telescopic shaft.
- Extend or retract the shaft to your desired length (from 40 inches to 53 inches).
- Tighten the locking collar securely.
- Adjust the auxiliary handle to a position that provides optimal balance and control. Tighten its fastener.

Operating Instructions
1. Starting and Stopping the Trimmer
- To Start: Press and hold the safety switch (usually a button or lever) with one hand, then squeeze the trigger switch with the other hand. Release the safety switch once the motor starts.
- To Stop: Release the trigger switch. The cutting head will stop spinning.
2. Trimming Operation
- Hold the trimmer firmly with both hands, maintaining balance.

- Locate the head rotation mechanism (often a button or lever near the cutting head).
- Rotate the trimmer head 90 degrees to position the cutting line vertically for edging.
