2. Safety Instructions

  • Do not place dripping wet shoes directly onto the dryer. Ensure shoes are not excessively wet to prevent short circuits and potential damage to the appliance.
  • Keep the appliance away from water and other liquids.
  • Do not operate the dryer if the power cord or plug is damaged.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during use. Do not cover the air vents.

3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Verify that all included components are present: 1x FORLIM Shoe Dryer, 1x Japanese Instruction Manual.
  3. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

3.2 Positioning the Dryer

  • Place the dryer on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate space around the dryer for air circulation.
  • Keep the dryer away from flammable materials.

3.3 Extending the Nozzles

  1. Gently pull up the drying nozzles from their folded position until they lock into place.
  2. The nozzles can be extended and rotated 90° to accommodate different shoe heights and shapes.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Placing Footwear

  • Place your shoes, boots, gloves, or socks onto the extended drying nozzles. Ensure the items are securely positioned and do not obstruct the air vents.

4.2 Powering On and Setting the Timer

  1. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
  2. Press the power button to turn on the dryer.
  3. Use the 'TIME' buttons to set the desired drying duration (up to 99 minutes).

4.3 Selecting Drying Mode

The dryer offers three temperature modes:

  • Warm Air: For general drying of most materials.
  • Cold Air: For delicate materials or to prevent heat damage.
  • Natural Air: For gentle drying and ventilation.

Select the appropriate mode using the control panel buttons.

4.4 Ozone Deodorization

  • Activate the ozone function to eliminate odors. A faint sound indicates the ozone generator is active.

4.5 Reservation Function

  • Set a delayed start time (0.5 to 24 hours) for the dryer to begin operation automatically.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Before cleaning, ensure the dryer is unplugged and completely cool.
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water.

5.2 Storage

  • The dryer features a 5-stage foldable design for compact storage. Fold the nozzles down and rotate them for minimal space occupation.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
