4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires at least two people. Ensure you have a clear, flat workspace. Refer to the included paper instructions for detailed diagrams.

1. Prepare Components: Unpack all parts and lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Identify each component using the parts list.
2. Assemble Base and Top Panels: Attach the side panels to the base and top panels using the provided screws and fasteners. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install Back Panels: Slide the back panels into the designated grooves or attach them to the rear frame using the specified hardware.
4. Attach Door Hinges: Secure the hinges to the cabinet frame and doors. Ensure they are aligned correctly for smooth operation.
5. Install Doors and Handles: Mount the doors onto the hinges. Attach the handles and the locking mechanism to the doors. Test the locking mechanism for proper function.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Locking and Unlocking the Cabinet

The Greenvelly storage cabinet is equipped with a 3-point locking system for enhanced security. To lock the cabinet, ensure both doors are fully closed. Insert one of the provided keys into the lock cylinder on the right door and turn it clockwise until the locking mechanism engages. To unlock, insert the key and turn counter-clockwise.

5.2 Adjusting Shelves

The cabinet features four adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize the storage space according to your needs. To adjust a shelf, first remove all items from the shelf. Locate the shelf clips supporting the shelf. Remove the clips, reposition them to the desired height slots, and then reinsert the shelf. Ensure all four clips are securely in place before placing items back on the shelf.

6. Maintenance
