- Digital Temperature Control: An LED screen allows precise temperature adjustment within the range of 20°C to 39°C.
- Automatic Water Supply: Prevents temperature fluctuations by allowing water replenishment without opening the lid. Ensures continuous optimal humidity.
- Integrated Egg Candler: Built-in candler for checking egg development without needing an additional device.
- 360° Transparent Cover: Provides a clear view of the eggs and the hatching process without disturbance.
- Capacity: Approximately 12 chicken/duck eggs or 36 quail eggs, depending on size.
5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the incubator on a stable, level surface in a room with a consistent ambient temperature (ideally between 20-25°C) and away from direct sunlight or drafts.
- Water Filling: Fill the provided water bottle with distilled or demineralized water. Connect it to the automatic water supply port on the side of the incubator. The incubator will automatically draw water as needed to maintain humidity.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Control Panel Overview

Figure 2: Close-up of the control panel. The panel features an LED display showing temperature and humidity, along with buttons for "Quick Menu", "Temperature Setting", "Egg Turning Test", and "Egg Candler".
- LED Display: Shows current temperature and humidity.
- "Quick Menu" Button: Accesses quick settings.
- "Temperature Setting" Button: Adjusts the desired incubation temperature.
- "Egg Turning Test" Button: Manually activates the egg turning mechanism for testing.
- "Egg Candler" Button: Activates the built-in egg candling light.
6.2 Setting Temperature
- Press the "Temperature Setting" button. The temperature display will flash.
- Use the arrow buttons (up/down, if present, or repeated presses of the setting button) to adjust the desired temperature. The recommended temperature for most poultry eggs is between 37.5°C and 38°C.
- Press the "Temperature Setting" button again to confirm and save the setting. The display will stop flashing.
6.3 Humidity Control
The incubator features an automatic water supply system. Ensure the external water bottle is filled. The incubator will draw water as needed to maintain optimal humidity levels. The humidity indicator on the display provides real-time readings.
- For general incubation, maintain humidity between 50-60%.
- During the last 3 days (lockdown period), increase humidity to 65-75% to aid hatching. This can be achieved by ensuring the water reservoir is full.
6.4 Automatic Egg Turning
The incubator automatically turns the eggs every 2 hours. This mimics the natural turning process by a hen and prevents the embryo from sticking to the shell. The turning mechanism will operate silently and subtly.
- To test the turning function, press the "Egg Turning Test" button. The egg tray will perform a turn cycle.
- Disable automatic turning during the last 3 days of incubation (lockdown period) to allow chicks to position themselves for hatching. Refer to the "Quick Menu" or specific instructions for disabling this feature.
6.5 Egg Candling
The built-in egg candler allows you to observe the development of the embryo inside the egg.
- In a darkened room, gently place an egg over the candling light on the control panel.
- Press the "Egg Candler" button to activate the light.
- Observe the internal contents of the egg. You should be able to see veins and a developing embryo in fertile eggs after a few days of incubation.
- Remove infertile or non-developing eggs to prevent contamination.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
- Cleaning: After each hatch, unplug the incubator and allow it to cool. Remove the egg tray and wash it with mild soap and water. Wipe down the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild disinfectant. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly or storage.
- Water Bottle: Regularly clean the water bottle to prevent algae or bacterial growth.
- Storage: Store the incubator in a clean, dry place when not in use.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Incubator not turning on. | No power supply. | Check power cord connection and wall outlet. |
| Temperature too high/low. | Incorrect setting; ambient temperature too high/low. | Adjust temperature setting; move incubator to a more stable environment. |
| Humidity too low. | Water bottle empty; insufficient water in reservoir. | Refill water bottle; ensure water supply port is clear. |
| Eggs not turning. | Turning function disabled; motor malfunction. | Check if automatic turning is enabled; perform "Egg Turning Test". If still not working, contact support. |
| Poor hatch rate. | Incorrect temperature/humidity; infertile eggs; improper egg handling. | Verify settings; use fresh, fertile eggs; ensure proper handling and candling. |
