2. Setup
2.1 Power Supply
The monitor can be powered by 4 AAA batteries (not included) or via the included Type-C charging cable. When using the Type-C cable, no battery current is consumed.

2.2 Cuff Connection
Connect the air tube from the cuff securely into the air jack located on the side of the main monitor unit.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Applying the Cuff
- Ensure the cuff fits your arm circumference (8.7" to 16.5").
- Wrap the cuff around your bare upper left arm, ensuring the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm and runs down your forearm.
- The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2 fingers (0.8"-1.2" or 2-3 cm) above your elbow joint.
- Secure the cuff snugly but not too tightly. You should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.

3.2 Taking a Measurement
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
- Press the "Start/Stop" button. The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate, and the measurement will begin.
- Remain still and avoid talking during the measurement.
- Your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen once the measurement is complete.

3.3 User Modes and Memory
The device supports two independent users. Each user can store up to 99 measurement sets.
- To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the user selection button (often indicated by two person icons) in standby mode.
- To view past readings, press the "MEM" button. Use the arrow buttons to navigate through stored data.

4. Display Information
The large 4.3-inch backlit LCD provides clear readings. It also features a color-coded indicator based on WHO (World Health Organization) classification to quickly assess your blood pressure status:
- Green: Normal blood pressure.
- Yellow/Orange: Mildly elevated blood pressure.
- Red: High blood pressure.

6. Maintenance
- Clean the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Store the device in the provided storage bag when not in use.

- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
7. Troubleshooting
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the cuff is correctly applied, your arm is relaxed and at heart level, and you remain still and silent during measurement.
- No Display/Power: Check if batteries are inserted correctly and have sufficient charge, or try powering the device with the Type-C cable.
- Cuff Not Inflating/Deflating: Verify that the air tube is securely connected to both the cuff and the main unit.
