2. Safety Instructions
Always prioritize safety when operating any power tool. Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before use.
- Hot Surfaces: The nozzle and melted glue become very hot during operation. Avoid direct contact with skin to prevent burns. Use heat-resistant gloves if necessary.
- Ventilation: Use the glue gun in a well-ventilated area.
- Material Compatibility: Ensure the materials you are gluing are suitable for hot melt adhesive. Some delicate materials may be damaged by heat.
- Power Source: Only use compatible Dewalt 20V Lithium-ion batteries. Do not attempt to use other battery types or voltages.
- Low Voltage Protection: The glue gun features a built-in low voltage protection device that automatically shuts down when the battery voltage drops below 15V to protect the battery.
- Overheat Protection: An overheat protection system monitors the internal temperature and stops operation if it becomes too high, prolonging battery life and ensuring safe use.
- Material Construction: The PA6+30%GF material and insulated case are designed to prevent burns during normal operation.
- Storage: Store the glue gun in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children and pets, when not in use. Ensure it is completely cooled before storing.
- Maintenance: Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the glue gun yourself. Refer to the Maintenance section for proper care.

7. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your SEEKONE Hot Glue Gun.
- Cleaning the Nozzle: After use, allow the glue gun to cool completely. Any excess glue on the nozzle can be carefully peeled or scraped off once hardened. Do not use sharp metal objects that could damage the nozzle.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the glue gun with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the glue gun in a dry, dust-free environment. Ensure no glue sticks are left partially inserted if storing for extended periods, as they can harden and become difficult to remove.
- Battery Care: Always remove the battery when the glue gun is not in use or during cleaning. Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
8. Troubleshooting
