Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the guitar body and neck with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove sweat and grime. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• String Replacement: Replace strings regularly (e.g., every 1-3 months depending on usage) to maintain optimal tone and playability. Refer to the specifications for recommended string material (Nickel High Carbon).
• Battery Care: Recharge the internal 12V battery as needed using the USB Type-C port. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan. If storing for extended periods, charge to about 50% and store in a cool, dry place.
• Storage: Store the guitar in its provided gig bag to protect it from dust, scratches, and minor impacts. While carbon fiber is durable, proper storage helps maintain its pristine condition.
• Bridge and Tremolo Maintenance: Periodically check the 2-point tremolo bridge for proper function and lubrication. If tuning stability issues arise, ensure the tremolo springs are correctly tensioned (professional setup recommended if unsure).

Troubleshooting

• No Sound from Speaker: Ensure the guitar's smart system is powered on. Check the volume levels on the guitar and within the ENYA MUSIC App. Confirm the speaker volume is not muted.
• No Sound from External Amp/Headphones: Verify the cable connection to the 6.35mm or 3.5mm jack. Check the volume on the external device. Ensure the guitar's output volume is not muted in the app.
• Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the ENYA MUSIC App is open. Try restarting both the guitar and your device. Ensure the guitar is not already paired with another device.
• Tuning Instability: Check string condition and replace if old or worn. Ensure proper string winding on tuning pegs. If using the tremolo system heavily, verify spring tension and bridge setup.
• App Not Responding: Close and reopen the ENYA MUSIC App. Restart your mobile device and the guitar. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
