1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

3. Setup

Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the induction cooktop from its packaging.
  2. Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
  3. Ensure all components are present: 1x Commercial Induction Cooktop, 1x English Manual.

Placement

  • Place the cooktop on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation. Do not block air vents.
  • Keep the cooktop away from water sources and flammable materials.
  • The cooktop dimensions are approximately 35 cm (width) x 42 cm (depth) x 11 cm (height).

Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded 220-240V, 50/60Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet can support the 3500W power requirement of the cooktop.

4. Operating Instructions

Compatible Cookware

The buedmsk Induction Cooktop requires magnetic flat-bottomed cookware. Compatible materials include stainless steel, enamel, and iron pots. Non-compatible materials include ceramic, glass, and aluminum pots without a magnetic base.

Basic Operation

  1. Place compatible cookware with food on the center of the cooktop.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the appliance. The LED display will illuminate.
  3. Select your desired cooking mode:
    • Power Setting: Press the POWER button. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust power levels from 400W to 3500W.
    • Temperature Setting: Press the TEMP button. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to adjust temperature from 60°C to 270°C (140°F to 518°F).
    • Timer Setting: Press the TIMER button. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to set the cooking time up to 24 hours.
  4. The cooktop will begin heating. The LED display will show the selected power, temperature, or remaining time.
  5. To stop cooking, press the ON/OFF button.

Cooking Options and Uniform Heating

The cooktop offers 10 temperature gears and 11 power gears, along with a 24-hour heating time adjustment, suitable for various cooking methods such as stewing, frying, boiling, steaming, or stir-frying.

It utilizes dual current tubes and a double-layer energy collection coil to ensure uniform heat distribution, preventing scorching and enhancing cooking efficiency.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

General Cleaning

  • Always unplug the cooktop and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the glass surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for glass cooktops.
  • Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or steel wool, as these can scratch the surface.
  • Clean the stainless steel body with a soft cloth.
  • Ensure no water enters the internal components.

Storage

Store the cooktop in a cool, dry place when not in use. Protect it from dust and moisture.
