1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your AceGamer Wireless Pro Controllers. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and a satisfying gaming experience.

2. Product Overview

The AceGamer Wireless Pro Controller offers enhanced precision and comfort for your gaming sessions. This 2-pack includes two ergonomically designed controllers, featuring dual vibration, turbo function, and 6-axis gyro sensor for immersive gameplay across multiple platforms including Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED, Switch 2, Windows PC, and Android phones.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Controllers

Before initial use, ensure your controllers are fully charged. Connect the provided USB-C charging cables to the controllers and a compatible USB power source (e.g., Nintendo Switch dock, PC USB port, or USB wall adapter).

3.2 Connecting to Nintendo Switch/Lite/OLED/Switch 2

Follow these steps to pair your AceGamer Wireless Pro Controllers with your Nintendo Switch console:

1. On your Nintendo Switch console, navigate to the HOME Menu.
2. Select 'Controllers' from the bottom menu, then choose 'Change Grip/Order'.
3. On the AceGamer Wireless Pro Controller, press and hold the 'HOME' button for 3-5 seconds until the LED lights on the bottom of the controller begin to flash rapidly.
4. Once the controller successfully pairs with the console, the corresponding player LED (LED1, LED2, LED3, or LED4) on the controller will remain solid.
5. To wake up the console from sleep mode with the controller, simply press the 'HOME' button on the controller. (Note: This feature may not fully wake up Switch 2 consoles with a single click.)

For PC connection, only USB cable connection is supported. No driver installation is required.

5. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your AceGamer Wireless Pro Controllers, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Clean the controllers regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Store the controllers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping the controllers or subjecting them to strong impacts.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the controllers, as this will void the warranty.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connection Issues

• Controller not pairing: Ensure the console's Bluetooth is enabled. Try re-pairing the controller by following the steps in Section 3.2. Make sure the controller is charged.
• Intermittent connection: Ensure there are no obstructions between the controller and the console. Keep the controller within the recommended operating range (8-10 meters).

6.2 Performance Issues

• Buttons unresponsive or sticky: Clean around the buttons with a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• Drifting joysticks: Perform a joystick calibration through your Nintendo Switch system settings. If the problem continues, the controller may require service.
• Vibration not working: Check the game settings to ensure vibration is enabled. Ensure the controller is fully charged.
