Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Hugeway Electric Water Gun Model CY022. This automatic squirt gun is designed for outdoor fun, featuring a long-range blaster, muzzle light, and rechargeable batteries. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and safety.

Important Safety Information

  • WARNING: NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD DUE TO SMALL PARTS.
  • Do not aim at eyes or face.
  • Use clean tap water only. Do not use dirty water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the battery compartment is securely closed before exposing the water gun to water.
  • Adult supervision is recommended during use, especially for younger children.
  • Do not submerge the entire water gun in water. While designed to be water-resistant, the electrical components are not intended for full submersion.

Setup

Follow these steps to prepare your water gun for use:

  1. Charge the Batteries: Connect the provided rechargeable batteries to the USB charging cables and plug them into a suitable USB power source. The indicator light on the cable will show charging status. Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.
  2. Assemble the Water Gun: Attach the gun stock, vertical grip, and gunsight to the main body of the water gun. These components typically slide or snap into place.
  3. Install the Battery: Locate the battery compartment, usually at the rear of the gun or within the stock. Open the protective cover, connect a charged battery, and securely close the cover. This protective cover is crucial for waterproofing.
  4. Fill Water Tanks: Open the cap on the water tank (either the 120cc clip or the 370cc tank). Fill with clean tap water. Close the cap tightly to prevent leaks.
  5. Attach Water Tank: Insert the filled water tank into the designated slot on the water gun until it clicks securely into place.
  6. Attach Muzzle Light (Optional): If desired, attach the Induction LED Fire Burner to the front of the water gun. Ensure it is securely fastened.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure the battery is correctly installed and charged. The water gun is ready for operation once assembled.
  2. Firing: Aim the water gun at your target. Pull and hold the trigger for continuous water blasts. Release the trigger to stop firing.
  3. Muzzle Light Operation: The Induction LED Fire Burner has an individual control switch. Press the switch for one second to turn on the light mode. Press for three seconds to turn off the light mode. For the induction shooting special effects to work, ensure water is emitted from the water gun.
  4. Range: The water gun has an effective range of approximately 26 feet and a maximum range of up to 32 feet.

Maintenance

  • Battery Care: Always use the battery protection cover after installing the battery to prevent water from entering the compartment. This ensures the battery will not be soaked and maintains the water gun's functionality.
  • Cleaning: After each use, empty any remaining water from the tanks and the water gun. Rinse with clean water if necessary.
  • Drying: Allow all components to air dry completely before storing.
  • Storage: Store the water gun and its accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
