4. Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Clean the baskets and removable grids with warm water and dish soap. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.

Initial Placement

  1. Place the Airfryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface.
  2. Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of free space behind and above the appliance for proper ventilation, especially when using steam functions.
  3. Do not place the appliance against a wall or other appliances.

5. Operating Instructions

Basic Air Frying

  1. Place the food in the desired basket(s). Do not overfill.
  2. Slide the basket(s) back into the appliance.
  3. Press the power button to turn on the Airfryer.
  4. Select the basket you wish to operate (L1 for large, L2 for small).
  5. Adjust the temperature and time using the control panel.
  6. Press the start/pause button to begin cooking.
  7. Some foods require shaking halfway through cooking. The appliance may prompt you to do so.

Using Steam Functions

The steam function is available in the large basket only. It helps preserve nutrients and moisture in food.

  1. Fill the water tank with distilled or filtered water up to the MAX line.
  2. Place food in the large basket.
  3. Select the large basket (L1) on the control panel.
  4. Choose the desired steam or steam & airfry preset, or manually set temperature and time if applicable.
  5. Press start.

  • Airfry: For crispy results with up to 90% less fat.
  • Steam: Ideal for vegetables, fish, and dumplings, preserving nutrients and moisture.
  • Steam and Airfry: Combines both technologies for tender and delicate textures with a crispy finish.
  • Reheat: The steam reheat function helps retain moisture in leftovers.
  • Bake, Grill, Roast, Stir-fry: Standard cooking methods for a wide range of dishes.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

Daily Cleaning

  • Always unplug the Airfryer and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
  • The baskets and removable grids are dishwasher-safe. For hand washing, use warm water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  • Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.

Steam Clean Function

The automatic Steam Clean function simplifies fat removal from the large basket and heating tube.

  1. Ensure the Airfryer is placed at least 20 cm away from any wall.
  2. Fill the water tank up to the MAX line with water.
  3. Press the power button.
  4. Select the large basket (L1).
  5. Press the steam clean button (indicated by a steam icon).
  6. Press start. The steam cleaning cycle takes approximately 15 minutes.
  7. After the steam cleaning cycle, remove the basket, add detergent, and rinse thoroughly.
  8. Place the basket back in the Airfryer and wait 5 minutes for the drying cycle to finish.
