2. Safety Instructions
To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, always adhere to the following safety precautions:

- Unplug the machine before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
- Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the machine for any damage. Retain packaging for future transport if needed.
- Placement: Place the slushy machine on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine (at least 6 inches) for proper ventilation, especially around the three-sided ventilation grilles.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all removable parts (tanks, stirring shafts, faucets, drip trays) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe down the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Assembly: Reassemble the tanks, stirring shafts, and faucets. Ensure all sealing rings are correctly in place to prevent leaks. Secure the tanks onto the main unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage as specified on the product label.
5. Operation
5.1 Preparing Drinks
- Add Ingredients: Pour your prepared liquid mixture into the transparent tanks. Ensure the liquid level is between the MIN and MAX marks.
- Sugar Content: For optimal slush consistency, the recommended sugar content is around 13%. For alcoholic drinks, the alcohol content should be below 13%.

5.2 Control Panel Functions
The control panel allows for easy selection of operating modes and temperature adjustments.

- POWER/MIX: Turns the machine on/off and controls the mixing function.
- SETUP: Accesses settings for temperature and time.
- TEMP ADD/MINUS: Adjusts the temperature up or down.
- JUICE Mode: For cold beverages (3~5℃ / 37.4~41℉).
- SLUSH Mode: For frozen beverages.
- Non-alcoholic slushie: -3~-1℃ / 26.6~30.2℉
- Alcoholic drinks: -12~-6℃ / 10.4~21.2℉
- Digital Display: Shows current temperature and settings.
5.3 Making Drinks
- Turn On: Press the POWER button to turn on the machine.
- Select Mode: Choose either JUICE or SLUSH mode based on your desired drink.
- Adjust Temperature: Use the TEMP ADD/MINUS buttons to set the desired temperature for each tank independently.
- Dispense: Once the drink reaches the desired consistency, pull the spring-loaded faucet handle to dispense.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygiene of your slushy machine.
6.1 Daily Cleaning (Automatic)
- Empty Tanks: Ensure tanks are empty of product.
- Add Water: Pour clean water into the tanks.
- Activate Auto-Clean: Use the control panel to select the automatic cleaning function. The machine will agitate the water to clean the internal surfaces.
- Drain: Dispense the cleaning water through the faucets into the drip trays or a separate container.
- Repeat (Optional): For thorough cleaning, repeat the process with a mild food-grade sanitizer solution, followed by a final rinse with clean water.
6.2 Deep Cleaning (Manual)
For comprehensive cleaning, especially after prolonged use or before storage:
- Power Off & Unplug: Always turn off and unplug the machine before disassembling.
- Disassemble: Carefully remove the tanks, stirring shafts, and faucets. The modular components are designed for easy, tool-free disassembly.
- Clean Components: Wash all removed parts with warm soapy water. Pay special attention to the stirring shafts, sealing rings, and faucet components. Use a soft brush if necessary to remove any residue.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe down the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit.
- Dry Thoroughly: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly to prevent mold or mildew growth.
- Reassemble: Reassemble all components, ensuring all sealing rings are properly seated.

7. Troubleshooting
