1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

  1. Remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
  2. Check that all components listed in Section 3.1 are present and undamaged.
  3. Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.

4.2 Initial Cleaning

  1. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  2. Clean the frying basket with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The basket is dishwasher safe.
  3. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly before use.

4.3 Placement

  • Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back, sides, and above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
  • Do not place the appliance near flammable materials or heat sources.

4.4 First Use (Burn-off)

During the first few uses, a slight odor or light smoke may be emitted from the appliance. This is normal and will dissipate quickly. It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) before cooking food for the first time. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preparing for Cooking

  1. Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Carefully pull the frying basket out of the air fryer.
  3. Place the ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line or overload the basket to ensure even cooking.
  4. Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.

5.2 Setting Time and Temperature

  1. Once the basket is inserted, the digital display will illuminate.
  2. Use the temperature control buttons (usually marked with '+' and '-') to set the desired cooking temperature (80°C to 200°C).
  3. Use the timer control buttons (usually marked with '+' and '-') to set the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes).
  4. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cooking process. The fan and heating element will activate.

5.3 During Cooking

  • Some recipes require shaking or turning ingredients halfway through the cooking time. To do this, carefully pull out the basket by its handle. The air fryer will automatically pause.
  • Shake or turn the ingredients, then slide the basket back into the air fryer. The cooking process will resume automatically.
  • The air fryer's exterior and the basket will be hot during operation. Always use the handle to remove the basket.

5.4 Cooking Completion

  1. When the set cooking time has elapsed, the air fryer will emit an audible signal and automatically shut off.
  2. Carefully pull the basket out of the air fryer.
  3. Empty the contents onto a plate or serving dish. Use tongs to remove larger items.
  4. Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Clean the air fryer after every use.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely.
  2. Frying Basket: The non-stick frying basket is dishwasher safe. Alternatively, clean it with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residues, soak the basket in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes.
  3. Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a soft brush to remove any food residues from the heating element. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
  4. Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  5. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.
