2. Safety Information

Your CATCOOL Automatic Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box is designed with multiple safety features to protect your pet. Adhere to the following guidelines:

  • 10 Safety Sensing Radars: The unit is equipped with 10 safety sensing radars. These radars intelligently detect the presence of your cat. If a cat approaches or enters the unit during a cleaning cycle, the drum rotation will immediately stop to prevent injury.
  • Motion Radar: Scans the front 25 inches. The unit stops rotation upon detecting a cat in this area. Do not place debris within 25 inches of the front of the litter box.
  • Weight Sensing Radar: Four gravity sensors measure your cat's weight and detect the defecation process, ensuring the drum stops rotating during use. Do not place debris on the litter box.
  • Living-Being Radar: The drum will not rotate if it detects a live animal inside. Do not use dolls or inanimate objects for testing this feature.
  • Infrared Sensors: Two infrared sensors at the entrance stop rotation after detecting an object.
  • Inductive Radar: Ensures the cat litter slide channel is clear and safe.
  • Always ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level surface.
  • Keep the power cord away from water and out of reach of pets.
  • Do not allow children to play with or operate the litter box.
