Assembly Instructions

The ZEEGR F1 Electric Bike comes 85% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.
2. Front Wheel Installation: Attach the front wheel to the fork, ensuring the disc brake aligns correctly with the caliper. Secure the axle nuts firmly.
3. Handlebar Assembly: Mount the handlebar onto the stem. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding and tighten all bolts securely. Connect all necessary electrical cables from the handlebar controls to the main bike harness.
4. Fender Installation: Attach the front and rear fenders to their respective mounting points on the frame and fork.
