Setup Guide
1. Unboxing and Initial Charge
Upon receiving your ELEHEAR-Beyond Hearing Aids, carefully unbox all components. It is recommended to fully charge the hearing aids and the charging case before first use. The charging case provides up to 4 extra charges, offering a total of 100 hours of listening time.

2. Fitting and Comfort
The ELEHEAR-Beyond comes with 9 different dome sizes to ensure a comfortable and discreet fit. Select the dome size that best fits your ear canal for optimal sound quality and comfort. The lightweight design allows for barely-there wear, nesting invisibly behind your ear.

3. App Installation and Pairing
Download the ELEHEAR app from your device's app store. The app is compatible with both iOS and Android. Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your hearing aids via Bluetooth 5.3. This enables seamless connectivity and full control over your hearing experience.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off and Automatic Function
The hearing aids automatically power on when removed from the charging case. There are no physical buttons to press for power. They will automatically connect to your paired device. The app allows you to switch between On, Off, and Auto modes for hearing aid function. In Auto mode, the hearing aid function will mute when Bluetooth audio is detected (e.g., phone calls, music) and automatically resume when streaming ends.
2. Scene Modes and Customization
Utilize the ELEHEAR app to switch between four tailored scene modes to optimize your listening experience in different environments. You can also fine-tune volume, frequency, sound directionality, and environment profiles for personalized clarity. The VocClear AI Technology boosts speech clarity by 17% and cuts 24dB background noise.

3. Bluetooth Streaming and Calls
The hearing aids support Bluetooth 5.3 for seamless audio streaming from your iOS or Android device. You can take phone calls, listen to music, and receive notifications directly through the hearing aids. The Phone-Call Boost feature enhances your Bluetooth-streamed calls by adjusting frequencies based on your unique hearing profile.

Maintenance
1. Charging and Battery Life
The hearing aids offer up to 20 hours of runtime on a single charge. The portable charging case provides 4 extra charges, extending total runtime to 100 hours. A quick 15-minute charge delivers 6 hours of runtime, ideal for travel or emergencies. Ensure the charging case is regularly charged via its USB-C port.

2. Cleaning and Care
Regular cleaning of your hearing aids is essential for optimal performance and longevity. Use the provided multi-function tool and wax cap tool to remove any debris or earwax. Store the hearing aids in their charging case when not in use to keep them dry and protected.
Troubleshooting
1. No Sound or Low Volume
- Check Battery: Ensure both hearing aids and the charging case are fully charged.
- Adjust Volume: Use the ELEHEAR app to increase the volume.
- Clean Domes/Wax Guards: Obstructions can block sound. Clean the ear domes and replace wax guards if necessary.
- Check App Settings: Ensure the hearing aid function is set to 'On' or 'Auto' in the app, not 'Off'.
2. Bluetooth Connectivity Issues
- Re-pair Device: If connection drops, try unpairing and re-pairing the hearing aids with your smartphone.
- Restart Hearing Aids: Place the hearing aids back in the charging case, close the lid for a few seconds, then reopen to reset the connection.
- Update Firmware: Ensure your hearing aids have the latest firmware updates via the ELEHEAR app.
3. Feedback or Whistling
- Re-seat Hearing Aid: Ensure the hearing aid is properly seated in your ear and the dome creates a good seal.
- Try Different Dome Size: A different size dome might provide a better fit and reduce feedback.
- Adjust Volume: Lowering the volume slightly can sometimes reduce feedback.
- Clean Earwax: Excessive earwax can cause feedback. Consult a professional for earwax removal if needed.
