6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the power bank with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, charge the power bank to about 50-75% every 3 months to preserve battery health.
  • Battery Care: Do not fully discharge the power bank frequently. Regular charging through a wall plug is beneficial for the power bank's lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Device Not Charging:
    • Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
    • Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
    • Try a different charging cable or port.
  • Slow Solar Charging:
    • Solar charging is an emergency feature and inherently slower than wall charging. Ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct, strong sunlight.
    • Clean the solar panel surface from any dust or debris.
  • Flashlight Not Working:
    • Ensure the power bank has charge.
    • Press the power button as described in Section 5.4.
