3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging.
• Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging case and a power source.
• The LED display on the charging case will flash during charging, indicating the battery level.
• Once the earbuds are fully charged, their individual LED indicators will turn off. The charging case can provide approximately 5 full charges for the earbuds, offering a total of up to 36 hours of music playback. A single full charge of the earbuds provides up to 6 hours of continuous talk time or music playback.

Note: The charging case is not waterproof. Please ensure it is kept dry.

3.2. Pairing with Your Device

The earbuds feature instant automatic pairing for convenience.

• Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
• On your mobile phone or device, enable Bluetooth.
• Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "AP09" from the list.
• Once connected, the earbuds are ready for use. After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to your device when you open the charging case lid (with Bluetooth enabled on your device).

These earbuds are compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows devices, offering improved compatibility and stable communication with minimal skips, interruptions, delays, or noise.

4. Operating Instructions

The earbuds are equipped with high-sensitivity touch sensors for easy control.

4.1. Music Control

• Play/Pause: Tap once on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double-tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double-tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple-tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple-tap the left earbud.

4.2. Call Control

• Answer Call: Tap once on either earbud.
• End Call: Tap once on either earbud during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.

4.3. Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your earbuds.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging contacts with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, avoid prolonged exposure to water and do not use them for swimming. Always ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, try the following steps:

• No Sound/One Earbud Not Working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open it again and remove them to re-establish connection.
  • Forget/delete "AP09" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair the earbuds.
• Earbuds Not Pairing:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.
  • Try pairing in a different environment to rule out interference.
• Charging Issues:
  • Check the USB Type-C cable and power adapter for damage.
  • Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris.
