2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Always ensure the bassinet is placed on a firm, horizontal surface.
• Do not use the bassinet if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.
• Discontinue use of the bassinet when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached the weight limit of 20 lbs (9 kg), or is 5 months old, whichever comes first.
• Never leave an infant unattended in the bassinet.
• Keep the bassinet away from open flames, heaters, and other strong heat sources.
• Ensure all assembly fasteners are securely tightened before use. Periodically check for tightness.
• Only use the mattress pad provided by the manufacturer. Do not add additional padding or mattresses.
• When using as a bedside sleeper, always secure the bassinet to the adult bed using the provided safety straps. Ensure there is no gap between the bassinet and the adult mattress.
• The mesh sides are designed for breathability and visibility. Do not cover them with blankets or other materials.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this bassinet. Please follow the steps below carefully. It is recommended to assemble the bassinet in the room where it will be primarily used.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. 3-in-1 Functionality

The Hichangto bassinet offers three modes of use:

• Bedside Sleeper: Position the bassinet next to your bed. Lower one side of the bassinet by unzipping and folding down the fabric. Secure the bassinet to your bed using the provided safety straps. This allows for close proximity to your baby while maintaining a separate sleep space.
• Standalone Bassinet: Keep all sides of the bassinet raised and zipped. The bassinet can be moved freely within a room or between rooms thanks to its wheels.
• Rocking Bassinet: Engage the rocking function as described in Section 5.2.

5.2. Manual Rocking Feature

To engage the manual rocking function, locate the rocking button/lever on the bassinet frame. Activate it to allow the bassinet to gently rock, providing a soothing motion for your baby. To stop the rocking, disengage the button/lever to lock the bassinet in a stationary position.

5.3. Height Adjustment
