Product Care Instructions: Hand Wash (for blades and bowl, motor unit rinse only).

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Wireless Food Chopper, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Device does not turn on:
    • Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a USB power source and charge for at least 30 minutes.
    • Verify that the motor unit is correctly assembled and locked onto the chopping bowl. The safety lock prevents operation if not properly secured.
  • Ingredients are not chopping effectively:
    • Ensure ingredients are cut into small, manageable pieces before placing them in the chopper.
    • Do not overfill the chopping bowl. Reduce the quantity of ingredients.
    • The blades may be dull. If the device is new, this is unlikely. If it has been used extensively, consider replacement if available.
    • Pulse the button instead of holding it down continuously for better results with some ingredients.
  • Chopper stops during operation:
    • The battery might be low. Recharge the device.
    • The motor might be overheating due to continuous use or tough ingredients. Allow it to cool down for a few minutes before resuming.
    • Check for any obstructions or large pieces of food jamming the blades.
  • Charging indicator light does not turn on:
    • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the chopper and the power source.
    • Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
    • Check if the charging port is clean and free of debris.

If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
