1. Important Safety Information
Read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating this tool. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.
1.1 General Safety Precautions
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and sturdy footwear.
- Do not operate the tool while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
- Keep children, bystanders, and pets at a safe distance (at least 50 feet/15 meters) from the work area.
- Inspect the tool before each use for loose parts, damage, or fuel leaks. Do not operate a damaged tool.
- Ensure all guards and safety devices are in place and functioning correctly.
1.2 Fuel Safety
- Mix gasoline and 2-cycle oil in the ratio of 30:1 (Gasoline:Oil). Use fresh, clean unleaded gasoline and high-quality 2-cycle engine oil.
- Mix fuel in a well-ventilated area, away from sparks or open flames.
- Store fuel in an approved container and away from heat sources.
- Never refuel a hot engine. Allow the engine to cool before adding fuel.
- Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
2. Package Contents and Assembly
The 4-in-1 Multi-Functional Trimming Tool comes with a power head and four interchangeable attachments: string trimmer, brush cutter, hedge trimmer, and pole saw.

2.1 Fuel Mixing
- Use the provided mixing bottle to accurately measure gasoline and 2-cycle oil.
- Mix unleaded gasoline with 2-cycle engine oil at a ratio of 30:1. For example, for 1200ml of fuel, use 40ml of 2-cycle oil.
- Shake the mixture thoroughly before pouring it into the fuel tank.
2.2 Attaching Components
The tool features an easy tool-free quick attachment changing system.
- Ensure the engine is off and cool before attaching or detaching any components.
- Align the shaft of the desired attachment with the power head shaft.
- Push the attachment shaft into the power head shaft until it clicks into place or the locking mechanism engages.
- Tighten any securing knobs or levers to ensure a firm connection.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Starting the Engine (Recoil Start)
- Place the tool on a flat, stable surface.
- Ensure the fuel tank is filled with the correct fuel mixture.
- Set the choke lever to the 'START' or 'CLOSED' position.
- Press the primer bulb several times until fuel is visible in the return line.
- Pull the starter cord firmly and smoothly until the engine attempts to start (usually 1-3 pulls).
- Once the engine attempts to start, move the choke lever to the 'RUN' or 'OPEN' position.
- Pull the starter cord again until the engine starts.
- Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments before engaging the throttle.
3.2 Using the Attachments
Always ensure the attachment is securely fastened before starting the engine.
3.2.1 Grass Trimmer
Ideal for mowing and trimming around obstacles and edges.
- Attach the string trimmer head.
- Hold the tool firmly with both hands.
- Use a sweeping motion to cut grass. Keep the trimmer head slightly above the ground.

3.2.2 Brush Cutter
Designed for cutting thick brush and dense weeds.
- Attach the brush cutter blade. Ensure the blade guard is properly installed.
- Use a steady, controlled motion. Avoid striking hard objects.
3.2.3 Hedge Trimmer
For trimming bushes and hedges at various angles.
- Attach the hedge trimmer attachment.
- The hedge trimmer articulates to multiple positions. Adjust the angle as needed for the task.
- Use smooth, even strokes to achieve a clean cut.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tool.
4.1 Engine Maintenance
- Spark Plug: Inspect and clean the spark plug regularly. Replace if worn or fouled.
- Air Filter: Clean the air filter after every 5-10 hours of operation, or more frequently in dusty conditions. Replace if damaged.
- Fuel Filter: Check and replace the fuel filter periodically.
- Cooling Fins: Keep the engine's cooling fins clean to prevent overheating.
4.2 Attachment Maintenance
- Blades: Keep all cutting blades (hedge trimmer, brush cutter) sharp and free of debris. Sharpen or replace as needed.
- Pole Saw Chain: Ensure the pole saw chain is always sharp and properly tensioned. Lubricate the chain with bar oil before and during use.
- String Trimmer Head: Replace worn nylon line as needed.
- General Cleaning: After each use, clean all attachments and the power head of grass, dirt, and sap.
