1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the IVEOPPE detachable Bluetooth keyboard case, designed for use with compatible iPad models. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper operation and to maximize its features.

1.1 Compatibility

This keyboard case is compatible with the following iPad models:

• iPad 10th Generation 10.9-inch (2022) - Model Numbers: A2757, A2777, A2696, A3162
• iPad 11th Generation 11-inch (2025) - Model Number: A16

Note: This case is not compatible with other iPad models. Please verify your iPad model number before use.

2. What's in the Box

Upon opening the package, please ensure all the following items are present:

• IVEOPPE iPad Keyboard Case (for iPad 10th Generation 10.9 inch 2022)
• Bluetooth Keyboard
• USB Charging Cable (Type-C)
• User Manual (this document)

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Charging the Keyboard

1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the keyboard.
2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the keyboard's charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
4. The charging indicator light on the keyboard will illuminate. Charge the keyboard for approximately 3-4 hours before first use.
5. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off, depending on the keyboard model.

A full charge provides approximately 75 hours of continuous use without backlight, or 5 hours with backlight. The keyboard has a 500mAh battery capacity.

3.2 Pairing the Bluetooth Keyboard

1. Ensure the keyboard is charged.
2. Turn on the keyboard by sliding the 'ON/OFF' switch to the 'ON' position.
3. Press the 'Connect' button on the keyboard. The Bluetooth indicator light will start blinking, indicating it is in pairing mode.
4. On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
5. Turn on Bluetooth. Your iPad will search for available devices.
6. Select 'Bluetooth Keyboard' (or a similar name) from the list of devices.
7. If prompted, enter the pairing code displayed on your iPad onto the keyboard and press Enter.
8. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light on the keyboard will stop blinking and remain solid or turn off, and your iPad will show the keyboard as 'Connected'.

3.3 Inserting the iPad into the Case

1. Align your iPad with the case, ensuring the camera cutout and ports match.
2. Gently press the iPad into the flexible TPU interior case until it is securely seated.
3. Ensure all buttons and ports are accessible and functional.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjusting Viewing Angles

The case features three integrated grooves to adjust the iPad's viewing angle. Simply place the edge of your iPad into one of the grooves to achieve your desired angle (110°, 120°, or 130°). The integrated reverse slot helps keep the iPad stable.

4.2 Using the Backlit Keyboard

The keyboard features 7 adjustable backlight colors and 3 brightness levels.

• To turn on/off the backlight: Press the Light Bulb key.
• To change backlight color: Press Fn + Light Bulb key.
• To adjust brightness: Press the Light Bulb key repeatedly (some models may use Fn + Up/Down Arrow keys).

4.3 Switching Operating Systems

The keyboard supports multiple operating systems. To switch between systems, press the following key combinations:

• For Android: Press Fn + Q
• For Windows: Press Fn + W
• For iOS: Press Fn + E

4.4 Pencil Holder Usage

The case includes a convenient built-in pencil holder on the left side, designed to securely hold your Apple Pencil or stylus. A cutout in the back of the case facilitates easy removal of the stylus.

Note: Apple Pencil or stylus is not included with this product.

4.5 Auto Sleep/Wake Function

The case supports the iPad's auto sleep/wake function. Closing the case will automatically put your iPad to sleep, and opening it will wake it up, conserving battery life.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Case

The premium PU leather cover is designed to be waterproof and scratch-proof. To clean, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.

5.2 Battery Care

To prolong the keyboard's battery life:

• Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
• Charge the keyboard regularly, even if not in constant use.
• Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Keyboard Not Connecting

• Check Battery: Ensure the keyboard is fully charged.
• Bluetooth On: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your iPad.
• Pairing Mode: Make sure the keyboard is in pairing mode (Bluetooth indicator blinking). Press the 'Connect' button if necessary.
• Forget Device: On your iPad, go to Bluetooth settings, 'Forget This Device' for the keyboard, then attempt to re-pair.
• Restart Devices: Restart both your iPad and the keyboard, then try pairing again.

6.2 Keys Not Responding

• Recharge: The keyboard battery might be low. Charge it fully.
• Reconnect: Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth connection.
• Clean: Ensure no debris is lodged under the keys.

6.3 Backlight Not Working

• Check Battery: Backlight consumes more power; ensure the keyboard is sufficiently charged.
• Toggle: Press the 'Light Bulb' key to turn the backlight on/off.
