1. Important Safety Warnings

3. Setup and First Use

3.1 Charging the Device

1. Ensure the device is completely dry, especially the USB-C charging port located at the bottom.
2. Open the silicone cover of the charging port.
3. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., PC, charging head, car charger, power bank).
4. The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours. The light will turn off when charging is complete.

3.2 Filling the Water Tank

1. Detach the water tank from the main unit by twisting it counter-clockwise and pulling it down.
2. Open the water tank cap.
3. Fill the tank with lukewarm water or mouthwash. Do not use hot water.
4. Close the water tank cap securely and reattach the tank to the main unit by aligning and twisting clockwise until it clicks into place.

3.3 Attaching Nozzles

1. Select the desired nozzle (Hook, Standard, or Tongue Scraper).
2. Insert the nozzle into the hole at the top of the main unit until it clicks firmly into place.
3. To remove a nozzle, press the release button on the side of the unit and pull the nozzle out.

3.4 App Installation and Connection

1. Scan the QR code in the product packaging or search for the "OGVDOE Water Flosser" app on the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
2. Download and install the app.
3. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
4. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your OGVDOE Water Flosser. The device will automatically connect when Bluetooth is enabled and the device is powered on.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

• To power on the device, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
• To power off the device, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds again.

4.2 Selecting Cleaning Modes

The device offers 4 standard cleaning modes and an additional Pow/BT mode. You can switch between modes using the mode button on the device or through the connected app.

• Soft Mode: Gentle pressure, ideal for beginners and sensitive teeth.
• Normal Mode: Standard water pressure, suitable for most users.
• Strong Mode: Deep cleaning, effective for removing stubborn plaque and for users with braces.
• Pulse Mode: Pulsating water flow for deep cleaning and gum massage.
• Pow/BT Mode: When Bluetooth is not connected, the green light flashes. When the battery is low, the red light flashes. When charging is complete, the light turns off. This mode likely allows for basic operation without app connection.

4.3 Using the Visual Camera and App

The integrated 1080P HD camera streams live video to your smartphone, allowing you to see areas of your mouth that are difficult to view directly. This helps in precise cleaning and identifying areas that require more attention.

1. Ensure the device is connected to the app (refer to Section 3.4).
2. Open the app and navigate to the live view interface.
3. Position the nozzle in your mouth, guiding it with the live visual feedback on your screen.
4. Adjust water pressure and mode settings directly from the app for optimal cleaning.

4.4 Flossing Technique

For best results, follow these general guidelines:

• Lean over a sink to avoid splashing.
• Place the nozzle tip just above the gumline at a 90-degree angle.
• Start with the back teeth and work your way forward, pausing briefly between teeth.
• Allow the water to flow into the sink.
• Use the visual camera to ensure you are targeting all areas effectively.
• For tongue cleaning, use the tongue scraper disc and gently glide it across the surface of your tongue.

5.1 Cleaning the Main Unit

• After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank.
• The main unit is IPX7 waterproof and can be rinsed under running water.
• Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth.
• Ensure the charging port is dry before closing its silicone cover.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

5.2 Cleaning the Water Tank

• Detach the water tank from the main unit.
• Rinse the tank thoroughly with warm water.
• For deeper cleaning, you can use a mild soap and water, then rinse completely.
• Allow the tank to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.

5.3 Cleaning Nozzles

• Remove the nozzle from the device.
• Rinse the nozzle under running water.
• For thorough cleaning, you can soak nozzles in a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part white vinegar for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
• Allow nozzles to air dry before storing.

5.4 Storage

Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided storage pouch for convenience when traveling.
