Setup and Installation

The TEMAI Car Refrigerator is designed for seamless integration into the Tesla Model Y's trunk space, specifically utilizing the hidden space in the left storage compartment.

1. Unpack the Refrigerator: Carefully remove the refrigerator from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage.
2. Locate Installation Area: Identify the left storage compartment in your Tesla Model Y's trunk. The refrigerator is designed to fit flush within this area.
3. Position the Unit: Gently slide the refrigerator into the designated compartment. Ensure it sits securely and is flush with the side wall, as shown in Figure 2.

4. Connect Power: Locate the 12V power outlet in the left side of the original car trunk. Plug the refrigerator's power cable directly into this outlet. No modifications to the vehicle's wiring are required. Refer to Figure 3 for the power outlet location.

5. Initial Power On: Once connected, the refrigerator will power on. The touch screen display will show the internal real-time temperature.

Note: A user review mentioned difficulty with installation, suggesting to assemble the unit fully before pushing it into position. While the official instruction is to slide it in, if you encounter resistance, ensure proper alignment and gentle force. The power plug may also be tight; ensure it is fully inserted to establish electrical connection.

Operating Instructions

Temperature Adjustment

• Use the SET button to enter temperature adjustment mode.
• Use the Up (^) and Down (v) arrows on the touch screen to increase or decrease the desired temperature.
• The temperature range is adjustable from 23°F (-5°C) to 68°F (20°C). The default setting is 41°F (5°C).
• The display will show the real-time temperature.

Cooling Modes
