This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Fuceter Control Panel for Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560, 800, and 1050 outdoor smoker grills. This digital controller board is designed as a direct replacement for original control panels 9904190036, 9904200043, and 9904200004. It offers manual temperature control, meat probe monitoring, and timer functions, without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity.
2. Compatibility
The 9904190036 control panel is compatible with Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560, 800, and 1050 outdoor smokers. This includes models such as MB20041220, MB20041320, MB20040220, MB20041020, MB20040122, and MB20040221 grills. It serves as a direct replacement for original control panels 9904190036, 9904200043, and 9904200004.

3. What's in the Box

4. Setup and Installation
Follow these guidelines for safe and proper installation of your new control panel and accessories:
- Always remove the plug from the outlet before servicing your grill.
- Ensure your grill has fully cooled to avoid burns.
- Some components may have sharp edges. Use caution to avoid injury.
- Easily replace the broken parts on the grill with new ones, connect the corresponding wire harnesses and screws.

4.1. Power Adapter Installation
Connect the IP44 splash-proof power adapter to the control panel and a suitable power outlet. Ensure a secure connection for reliable outdoor performance.

4.2. Lid/Door Switch Installation
Install the hopper lid/door switch kits. These switches are designed to prevent burns, maintain grill temperature, and prevent foreign objects from entering the meat and fuel area.

4.3. Meat Temperature Probe Installation
Insert the meat temperature probes into the designated ports on the control panel. Use the provided grill clips and probe grommets for secure placement.

5. Operating Instructions
The control panel allows for manual adjustments of temperature and time. It does not feature Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity.
5.1. Power On/Off
To power on the controller, press the power button. To power off, press and hold the power button.

5.2. Setting Temperature
- Press the temperature button.
- Turn the knob to set the desired temperature.
- Press the temperature button again to confirm the setting. (Time will automatically set after 3 seconds.)
To set temperature unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius):
- With power off, hold the set temp button.
- Press the power button.
- The unit powers up with "F" or "C" flashing on the display.
- Use the knob to select the temperature unit.
- Press the set temp button to confirm.

5.3. Setting Time (Countdown/Count Up Timer)
Countdown Timer:
- Press the timer button.
- Turn the knob to set desired hours.
- Press the timer button to set hours.
- Turn the knob to set desired minutes.
- Press the timer button to set minutes. The timer will start.
- Press the timer button to pause and resume the timer.
- Press and hold the timer button to reset the timer.
Count Up Timer:
- Press and hold the timer button.
- The timer will begin counting up from 00:00. The timer will count by Minutes:Seconds and then Hours:Minutes.
- Press the timer button to pause and resume the timer.
- Press and hold the timer button to reset the timer.

5.4. Setting Meat Probe Temperatures
- Press the meat probe button and turn the knob to select the desired meat probe (MP1, MP2, MP3, MP4). Press the button again.
- Press the temperature button.
- Turn the knob to set the desired temperature.
- Press the temperature button again to set the temperature. (If the meat probe reaches 300°F, an alarm will sound, and the meat probe must be removed from heat and given time to cool. The meat probe will be damaged if left at this temperature.)
- Once the set temperature is reached, an alarm will sound. Press any button to clear.
NOTE: The meat probe icon will flash while in setting mode.

5.5. Boosting Mode (Models 800 and 1050 only)
On Masterbuilt Gravity Series models 800 and 1050, you may find it takes longer to reach the target temperature. You can single-press the boost button to activate boost mode to accelerate heating. Press it again to cancel.
NOTE: When you have the Model 560, this feature is too powerful and can lead to a rapid temperature increase.
Viewing Information on Display: Turning the knob will advance the display through grill temperature, timer, and meat probes (MP1, MP2, MP3, and MP4).

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your control panel. Always ensure the grill is unplugged and completely cooled before performing any maintenance.
- Cleaning: Wipe the control panel surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the display or buttons.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all connections, including the power adapter, meat probes, and switch wiring, for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Storage: If storing the grill for an extended period, ensure the control panel is clean and dry. Consider covering the grill to protect it from environmental elements.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your control panel, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Alarm Message: When a meat temperature probe detects that the meat temperature reaches the set value, the control panel will alarm. Press any key to cancel the alarm.
- Error Messages: If an error message appears on the panel, consult the attached error code information table (if provided with your product) to identify the cause. After identifying and addressing the fault, cut the power to the grill, wait a few seconds, and then restart.
