2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly of the VIVO DESK-KIT-2W8B desk requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended that two people assemble this desk to ensure safety and ease of installation. A screwdriver is recommended for assembly; other tools may be required but are not included.

4.1 Before You Begin

  • Clear a spacious area for assembly.

4.2 Assembly Steps (General Overview)

  1. Assemble the Desk Frame: Attach the feet to the dual motor legs. Connect the legs using the crossbars. Ensure all connections are secure.
  2. Prepare the Tabletop: The 83x30 inch tabletop consists of three pieces. Align and join these pieces using the provided dowels and steel braces. Ensure a flat and seamless surface.
  3. Attach Tabletop to Frame: Carefully place the assembled tabletop onto the desk frame. Align the pre-drilled holes on the tabletop with the frame. Secure the tabletop to the frame using the provided screws.
  4. Install the Control Panel: Mount the memory controller to the underside of the desk in a convenient location. Connect the control panel and power adapter to the desk frame's motor system.
  5. Cable Management: Route all cables neatly to prevent interference with the desk's movement.

5. Operating Instructions

Your VIVO Electric Sit-Stand Desk is equipped with a user-friendly control panel for effortless height adjustments and memory presets.

5.1 Adjusting Desk Height

  • Up/Down Buttons: Use the ^ (up) and v (down) buttons on the control panel to raise or lower the desk to your desired height. The desk operates smoothly and quietly.
  • The desk offers a height range of 24.5 inches to 50.3 inches.

5.2 Using Memory Presets

The control panel features 3 memory presets to save your preferred sitting and standing heights.

  1. Set a Memory Position: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the up/down buttons. Press the S (Set) button, then immediately press one of the number buttons (1, 2, or 3) to save the current height to that preset.
  2. Recall a Memory Position: Press the corresponding number button (1, 2, or 3) to automatically move the desk to the saved height.

5.3 Collision Detection
