5. Setup

1. Install the Battery:

   Align your Milwaukee 18V battery with the base of the glue gun and slide it into place until it clicks securely. Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.

2. Insert the Glue Stick:

   Insert a 0.43" x 6" glue stick into the opening at the rear of the glue gun. Push it gently until it stops.

3. Power On:

   Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the glue gun. The LED digital display will flash the preset temperature and begin heating.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Temperature:

   Once powered on, the glue gun will start heating to the last set temperature. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the temperature. The range is 212°F to 392°F (100°C to 200°C). Pressing '+' and '-' simultaneously allows switching between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) display.

2. Preheating:

   Allow approximately 3 minutes for the glue gun to reach the desired temperature. The digital display will show the real-time temperature as it heats up.

3. Applying Glue:

• Nozzle Cleaning: The non-drip nozzle design minimizes residue. If necessary, carefully remove any cooled glue from the nozzle tip using a non-metallic tool.
