1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the YASHE Food Dehydrator Machine. This appliance is designed to efficiently dry various foods, including meats, fruits, vegetables, and herbs, allowing for preservation and creation of healthy snacks. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and optimal performance.
This 1000W dehydrator features dual rear fans and 360° hot air circulation for even drying. It includes 9 stainless steel trays, precise temperature control (95-165℉), and a 48-hour timer. The unit operates quietly, below 48 dB, and is constructed from food-grade BPA-free stainless steel.
2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- Automatic shutdown and overheat protection features are integrated for safety.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the dehydrator and all accessories from the packaging.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash all stainless steel trays, mesh sieves, and the fruit roll tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the interior and exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the dehydrator on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit, at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space on all sides. Do not place it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Tray Installation: Insert the clean, dry stainless steel trays into the designated grooves inside the dehydrator. The trays slide in easily.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preparing Food for Dehydration
- Clean: Wash fruits, vegetables, or herbs thoroughly.
- Slice: Slice food into uniform thickness for even drying. Thinner slices dry faster.
- Arrange: Place food in a single layer on the trays, ensuring no pieces overlap. This allows for optimal air circulation.

5.2 Setting Time and Temperature
The dehydrator features an LED digital display and touch controls for easy adjustment.
- Power On/Off: Press the START/STOP button to turn the unit on or off.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the + and - buttons to set the desired temperature between 95℉ and 165℉ (5℉ increments).
- Timer Adjustment: Use the + and - buttons to set the drying time from 30 minutes to 48 hours (30-minute increments).
- Switching Modes: Press the SET button to switch between time and temperature settings.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
- Always unplug the dehydrator from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Allow the unit to cool completely before handling any parts.
- Trays and Accessories: The stainless steel trays, mesh sieves, and fruit roll tray are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior and interior of the dehydrator with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
