Components Included (for one cot):

Assembly Steps:

5. Care and Maintenance

To maintain the cleanliness and longevity of your KOTEK Stackable Daycare Nap Cots, follow these simple care instructions:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the Oxford fabric and plastic components with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean damp cloth.
  • Drying: Allow all parts to air dry completely before stacking or storing to prevent mildew.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the cots for any signs of wear, tear, or damage to the fabric, metal pipes, or plastic corners. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
  • Storage: Store stacked cots in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your KOTEK Stackable Daycare Nap Cots, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Cot feels unstable: Ensure all metal pipes are fully inserted into the fabric sleeves and securely connected to the corner legs. Check that the fabric flaps are firmly fastened with the hook and loop closures.
  • Difficulty stacking cots: Verify that the cots are oriented correctly for stacking, with the legs aligning with the corner supports of the cot below. Ensure no debris is obstructing the stacking mechanism.
  • Fabric appears loose: Re-check the tension of the fabric by ensuring the metal pipes are fully extended and the fabric flaps are tightly secured.
  • Squeaking noises: Inspect the connections between the metal pipes and plastic corners. A small amount of silicone spray (avoiding fabric contact) may help if friction is the cause.

If problems persist, please contact customer support for further assistance.
