4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes approximately 20-30 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star chair base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base. Ensure it is seated securely.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the chair mechanism (pre-attached to the seat cushion) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure with the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting plates on the seat cushion. Secure with the provided screws.
5. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the center hole of the mechanism aligns with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly to secure.
6. Attach Lumbar Pillow: If included, attach the lumbar pillow to the backrest as desired for additional support.

5.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at the desired height.

The chair offers a recline range from 90° (upright working position) to 155° (sleeping position). To recline, locate the lever on the left side beneath the seat. Pull the lever outwards to unlock the recline mechanism, then lean back to your desired angle. Push the lever inwards to lock the backrest in place. To return to an upright position, lean forward slightly while pulling the lever outwards, then release the lever to lock.

5.3. Footrest Operation

The integrated footrest can be pulled out from beneath the seat for leg support. To extend, pull the footrest outwards. To retract, push it back under the seat until it is fully stored.
