Setup

  1. Assemble the Feeder: Place the main feeder unit on a flat, stable surface. Attach the stainless steel bowl to the designated slot at the base of the feeder.
  2. Install Desiccant Bag: Open the lid of the food reservoir. Locate the desiccant holder on the underside of the lid. Insert the provided desiccant bag into the holder to help keep food fresh and dry. Close the lid securely.
  3. Fill with Food: Open the lid and pour dry pet food into the reservoir. Ensure the food level does not exceed the maximum fill line. The 4L capacity can hold approximately 4.4 pounds or 16 cups of pet food.
  4. Connect Power:

The feeder supports dual power modes: Type-C socket power supply and battery power. For continuous use, it is recommended to use the Type-C power adapter. Insert the Type-C cable into the feeder's port and connect the adapter to a wall outlet. The feeder will automatically switch to battery power if the socket power is disconnected, providing up to 180 days of battery life (batteries not included).

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your feeder. The scientific structural design allows for quick assembly and disassembly for cleaning.

  1. Disassembly: Unplug the feeder from power. Remove the stainless steel bowl. Twist and lift the food reservoir to detach it from the main unit. The lid can also be detached.
  2. Washing: The stainless steel bowl and food reservoir are washable. Clean them with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. The main unit containing electronics should only be wiped with a damp cloth; do not submerge it in water.
  3. Drying: Ensure all washable parts are completely dry before reassembling to prevent moisture from affecting the food or electronics.
  4. Reassembly: Reattach the food reservoir to the main unit, ensuring it clicks securely into place. Place the lid back on the reservoir, ensuring the twist-lock mechanism is engaged. Reinsert the desiccant bag if removed. Place the stainless steel bowl back.
