Operating Instructions

Igniting the Main Burners:

  1. Ensure the grill lid is open.
  2. Turn on the gas supply at the propane tank.
  3. Push in and turn one main burner control knob to the HIGH position.
  4. Listen for the igniter click and observe the burner flame. If it doesn't ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob off, wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
  5. Once ignited, you can adjust the flame intensity by turning the knob between HIGH and LOW.
  6. Repeat for additional main burners as needed.

Igniting the Side Burner:

  1. Ensure the side burner lid is open.
  2. Push in and turn the side burner control knob to the HIGH position.
  3. Observe the flame. If it doesn't ignite, turn the knob off, wait 5 minutes, and repeat.

Using the Dual-sided Frying Plate:

The dual-sided frying plate allows for versatile cooking. One side is typically ribbed for grilling, and the other is flat for frying. Simply place it on the grill grates over the desired burners. Ensure it is properly heated before placing food on it.

Shutting Down the Grill:

  2. Turn off the gas supply at the propane tank.
