1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your lensuge A4 Dash Camera. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your user experience. The lensuge A4 Dash Camera is designed to record driving footage, offering features such as 8K Ultra HD resolution, dual camera recording, GPS, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

2. Product Overview

The lensuge A4 Dash Camera system includes a main front camera unit, a rear camera, a mounting bracket, and a 32GB SD card. Key features include:

• 8K Ultra HD Recording: High-resolution video capture for clear footage.
• Dual Cameras: Simultaneous recording from front and rear cameras.
• 170° Field of View (FOV): Wide-angle lens for comprehensive road coverage.
• Built-in GPS: Records location and speed data.

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Memory Card Insertion

1. Ensure the dash camera is powered off.
2. Locate the SD card slot on the main camera unit.
3. Insert the provided 32GB SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
4. For optimal performance, format the SD card within the camera's settings menu upon first use and periodically thereafter.

3.2 Front Camera Installation

1. Clean the chosen area on your windshield, typically behind the rearview mirror, to ensure a strong adhesive bond for the mount.
2. Attach the suction cup mount to the main camera unit.
3. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and engage the locking mechanism.
4. Adjust the camera angle to ensure a clear view of the road ahead.

3.3 Rear Camera Installation

1. Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield or license plate area. The rear camera is designed to be waterproof.
2. Connect the rear camera cable to the main front camera unit.
3. The rear camera cable includes a red wire with an exposed end. This wire is typically for connecting to your vehicle's reverse light power source, enabling the dash cam to display a parking assist line when reversing. If this feature is not desired, this wire does not need to be connected, but it should be properly insulated to prevent short circuits.
4. Route the rear camera cable neatly along the vehicle's interior trim to the front camera unit.

3.4 Power Connection

1. Connect the provided power cable to the main camera unit.
2. Plug the other end of the power cable into your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket.
3. Route the power cable to avoid obstructing your view or interfering with driving controls.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

• Power On/Off: The camera will typically power on automatically when the vehicle starts and power off when the vehicle is turned off. Manual power buttons are also available.
• Recording: Once powered on, the camera will automatically begin recording. A recording indicator (e.g., a flashing light or icon on the screen) will confirm recording is active.
• Touch Control: Navigate the camera's menu and settings using the touch screen interface.

4.2 Loop Recording

The dash camera records video in segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the SD card is full, the oldest unlocked files will be overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention. Important footage can be locked manually or automatically via the G-sensor to prevent overwriting.

4.3 Wi-Fi Connectivity and App

The lensuge A4 Dash Camera features Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to connect your smartphone to the camera via a dedicated mobile application. This app enables you to:

• View live footage from the dash camera.
• Download recorded videos and photos to your phone.
• Adjust camera settings.
