Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case.

Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
Connect the USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the indicators will change or turn off. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours for the case.

2. Initial Pairing

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.

Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The earbud LED indicators will flash.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
Search for "GM2 Pro" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Select "GM2 Pro" to connect. Once connected, the earbud LED indicators will stop flashing and remain solid blue for a few seconds, then turn off. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Note: The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off. Alternatively, long-press the touch control area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

Single Earbud Mode:

The GM2 Pro earbuds support independent use. You can use either the left or right earbud alone.

Simply take one earbud out of the charging case. It will automatically connect to your device if previously paired.
The other earbud can remain in the case or be powered off.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
Regularly clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to ensure proper charging.

Storage:

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
