The Merkury BassBlast is a rugged, portable Bluetooth speaker designed for powerful audio in various environments, including construction sites. It features Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless streaming, multiple input options (AUX, USB, TF, FM), and a built-in rechargeable battery for extended playtime.
Safety Information

Setup
Charging the Speaker
- Locate the charging port on the speaker.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.
Note: For optimal battery life, fully charge the speaker before first use.
Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the Power button until the indicator light illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the indicator light turns off.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a flashing blue light). If not, press the Mode button to switch to Bluetooth.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "BassBlast" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid.
- You can now stream audio wirelessly from your device to the speaker.
Note: The speaker has a wireless range of up to 10 meters (33 feet). Obstacles may reduce this range.
Using Other Audio Inputs
- AUX Input: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included) to the AUX port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode or can be selected via the Mode button.
- USB Input: Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB port. The speaker will automatically play the files.
- TF Card Input: Insert a TF (microSD) card containing MP3 audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically play the files.
- FM Radio: Press the Mode button to switch to FM radio mode. Use the playback control buttons to scan for stations.
Controls
- Volume Control: Use the dedicated volume buttons or knob on the speaker to adjust the playback volume.
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button to start or pause audio playback.
- Next/Previous Track: Use the skip buttons to navigate between tracks in Bluetooth, USB, or TF modes.
- Mode Button: Press to cycle through input modes: Bluetooth, AUX, USB, TF, FM.
- Microphone Input: Connect a microphone (not included) to the microphone input jack for announcements or karaoke.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the speaker regularly, even if not in use.
