3. Setup Guide
3.1 Power Connection
- Ensure the mixer's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Connect the provided AC power adapter to the AC17V power input on the rear panel of the mixer.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the power switch to the ON position. The power indicator light will illuminate.

3.2 Connecting Microphones and Instruments
- Connect your microphones (XLR) or instruments (1/4" TRS/TS) to the respective MIC/LINE input jacks (1-4).
- If using a condenser microphone, press the +48V phantom power button for the corresponding channel. Ensure dynamic microphones do not have +48V activated.
- For high-output sources, press the PAD button to attenuate the signal by 20dB and prevent clipping.

3.3 Connecting to a PC (USB Audio Interface)
- Connect the mixer to your computer using a USB-B to USB-A cable. The USB port is located on the top panel.

3.4 Bluetooth Connection
- Press the BT button on the mixer's control panel. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet), search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Yamnweo Mixer" (or similar name).
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid, and you can play audio from your device through the mixer.

3.5 USB Playback and Recording
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the mixer.
- To play audio from the USB drive, press the USB button. Use the PROGRAM knob to navigate tracks and the REP button for repeat functions.
- To record audio to the USB drive, press the REC button. The mixer will record the main mix to the USB drive.

- Connect your headphones to the PHONE 6.5mm jack.
- Adjust the PHONE level knob to control the headphone volume.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Input Levels (GAIN)
The GAIN knob controls the input sensitivity of each channel. Adjust it so that the signal peaks are strong but do not consistently hit the red "CLIP" indicator. This ensures a clean signal without distortion.
4.2 Equalization (EQ)
Each channel features HIGH and LOW EQ knobs to shape the tone of your audio. Turn the HIGH knob clockwise to boost treble frequencies (e.g., for vocal clarity) and counter-clockwise to cut them. Similarly, use the LOW knob to boost or cut bass frequencies (e.g., for instrument warmth).

4.3 Applying Digital Effects (DSP)
The MW-4 mixer includes 99 digital sound effects. To use them:
- Turn the PROGRAM knob to select an effect number (1-99) displayed on the digital screen.
- Press the PROGRAM knob to confirm your selection.
- Use the FX knob on each channel to send a desired amount of that channel's signal to the selected effect.
- Adjust the main FX LEVEL knob to control the overall volume of the effects in the main mix.

4.4 Panning and Channel Level
- The PAN knob adjusts the stereo image of each channel, allowing you to position the sound from left to right in the stereo field.
- The LEVEL knob/fader for each channel controls its individual volume contribution to the main mix.

The MAIN L/R faders control the overall output volume of the mixer. Adjust these to achieve the desired listening level through your main speakers or recording device.
