Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Swiitech Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemSolution
Haven't been able to connect? Please clear the pairing and then reconnect your device. Turn on the adapter and plug the charging cable, and press and hold "Reset Button" for 8s, then LED A/B Indicator flashes 2 times at the same time. One important thing is make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices turned on, otherwise the T1 will connect to other devices.
How to connect your TV with your Bluetooth headphones or speakers via T1?First, please turn on the Bluetooth headphones/speakers, then power on T1 and switch it to TX mode (The LED A and B will flash alternately), and put them close to make the headphones/speakers and T1 be connected. One important thing is that please make sure there is no other Bluetooth device turned on around them. When the LED A becomes solid on, your Bluetooth headphones/speakers show connected status. That means the T1 connected with the Bluetooth headphones/speaker successfully. And then plug the T1 to the AUDIO OUTPUT jack on your TV. It will be connected. If there is no 3.5mm jack audio output, please use RCA cable. If there is only Optical jack on your TV, then you need another optical converter.
No sound from TV?If you are pretty sure that you have successfully connected your Bluetooth device with T1. Please check: 1, that the aux cable is securely plugged into the "AUDIO OUT" or headphone jack on your TV. 2, Adjust the TV's sound settings from "TV speaker" to "Audio out" to "Bluetooth headphones" or "Bluetooth speaker" or something like that. (NOTE: Our transmitter is incompatible with Airpods 3/4/Pro, Bose, Beats, Sony Bluetooth devices.)
Why cannot charge? Please use the charging cable in the package. Otherwise the battery will be damaged.
Does it work with Airpods? The T1 can work with Airpods 1 and Airpods 2, but CANNOT work with Airpods 3/4/Pro, Bose, Beats/Sony Bluetooth devices.
How can I play music in my car?First please turn on Bluetooth on your cell phone and power on the T1 and switch it to RX mode. And put the T1 and your cell phone closely to make them connected. And the plug T1 to your car audio output.
