2. Safety Information
WARNING: Risk of Fire, Electric Shock, or Injury to Persons.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater, and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is intended for use in garages, workshops, and basements.
- This heater must be grounded and hardwired to a properly sized circuit breaker, adhering to the US National Electric Code and local codes for safety.
- Individuals without electrical experience should seek assistance from a professional electrician for installation.

4. Setup and Installation
This heater requires hardwired installation by a qualified electrician. Ensure power is disconnected at the main circuit breaker before proceeding.
4.1 Mounting the Heater
The heater is designed for ceiling mount installation. The mounting bracket allows for adjustable angles to direct airflow.
- Select a suitable mounting location on the ceiling, ensuring adequate clearance from walls and combustible materials.
- Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling using appropriate hardware for your ceiling type.
- Attach the heater unit to the mounting bracket.
- Adjust the heater to the desired angle (e.g., 90°, 67.5°, 45°) to optimize heat distribution.

4.2 Electrical Hardwiring (240V)
IMPORTANT: This step must be performed by a qualified electrician.
- Turn off the power at the main circuit breaker panel. Verify power is off before proceeding.
- Remove all screws from the bottom panel of the heater to access the wiring compartment.
- Run the electrical wiring through the designated cut-out on the side of the heater.
- Connect the wires to the PowerBlock as instructed:
- Black wire (hot or live wire) to L1 terminal.
- White wire (hot or live wire) to L2 terminal.
- Green or bare copper wire (grounding wire) to the ground terminal.
- Torque all terminal screws and power block lugs to the required specification (40 in-lbs).
- Replace the bottom panel and secure all screws.
- Turn on power at the main circuit breaker panel. The heater is now ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions
The Garvee 7500W heater features a digital display and remote control for convenient operation.
5.1 Control Panel and Remote Control
The heater can be operated via the integrated control panel or the provided remote control.

5.2 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button on the control panel or remote control to turn the heater on or off.
- The digital display will show the current room temperature.
5.3 Setting the Temperature
- Use the temperature adjustment buttons (Up/Down arrows) on the control panel or remote to set your desired temperature between 45°F and 95°F (adjustable per 1°F).
- The set temperature will be displayed for 3 seconds, then the display will revert to showing the current room temperature.
- The heater will automatically cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
5.4 Selecting Heating Levels
The heater offers three heating levels:
- Low: 3000W
- Medium: 4000W
- High: 7500W (or 6250W, depending on model variant)
Use the Mode button on the control panel or remote to cycle through the available heating levels.
5.5 Timer Function
- Press the Timer button on the control panel or remote to activate the auto-off timer.
- Adjust the timer duration from 1 to 12 hours.
- The heater will automatically shut off after the set time has elapsed.
5.6 Adjusting Louvers
The heater features individually adjustable louvers to direct airflow horizontally and vertically.

- Manually adjust each louver to direct the heated air to the desired area.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater.
6.1 Cleaning
- Always disconnect power to the heater at the main circuit breaker before cleaning.
- Allow the heater to cool completely before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust from the grilles and internal components.
- Ensure no water or liquids enter the heater's internal components.
6.2 Storage
- If storing the heater for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your heater, refer to the following table before contacting customer service.
