5.2 Setting the Temperature Setpoint (SV)

The XMTG 608 features a simplified operation process for setting the desired temperature.

  1. Press the SET button once. The SV display will begin to flash.
  2. Use the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) buttons to adjust the SV to your desired temperature.
  3. Press the SET button again to confirm the new setpoint. The SV display will stop flashing, and the controller will begin to regulate to the new temperature.

5.3 Advanced Parameter Settings

For advanced settings such as alarm values, control modes (PID parameters), or input type, refer to the detailed parameter menu. Typically, holding the SET button for several seconds will enter the parameter menu. Navigate using the UP/DOWN buttons and confirm with SET.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the front panel with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
  • Environment: Ensure the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to prevent damage.
