Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headset and the charging case. Connect the USB-C cable (included) to the charging case and a power source. The LED display on the charging case will indicate the charging progress and current battery level. A full charge for the headset takes approximately 1.5 hours, and the case will also charge simultaneously.

2. Powering On/Off

The headset typically powers on automatically when removed from the charging case and powers off when placed back into the case. Refer to the specific button controls for manual power on/off if needed.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headset is charged and powered on.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices. The headset will appear as "ONE LIFE G8" or similar.
  4. Select the headset from the list to pair. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the headset's indicator light will change.

4. Wearing the Headset

The headset features an ergonomic over-ear design. Gently place the ear hook over your ear and adjust the earpiece to fit comfortably in your ear canal. Experiment with the included different-sized ear tips to find the best fit for comfort and sound quality.

Operating Instructions

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
  • Mute/Unmute Microphone: During a call, press the dedicated mute button (if available) or the multi-function button as indicated in the quick start guide.

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button once.
  • Next Track: Double-press the multi-function button.
  • Previous Track: Triple-press the multi-function button.

Volume Control

Adjust volume directly from your connected device or use the volume control buttons on the headset if present (refer to quick start guide for button layout).

Voice Assistant

Activate your device's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.) by pressing and holding the multi-function button for 2 seconds when not on a call.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean the earpiece and ear tips with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the speaker grille or charging contacts. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Storage

When not in use, store the headset in its charging case to protect it from dust and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance

The headset is rated as "Waterproof". While it can withstand splashes and sweat, it is not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing it to heavy rain or prolonged water contact.

Troubleshooting
