Compatibility
The L-Wireless Controller is designed for use with the following Lian Li products:
- UNI Fan SL-Infinity Wireless
- CL Wireless
- SL Wireless
- TL Wireless
- Strimer Wireless
- Hydroshift II
Note: If you purchased a 3-pack of UNI Fan Wireless version or the PW24-1W-T (24-pin Wireless Strimer), one controller is typically included. A separate purchase of this L-controller is required for one-pack functionality.

Setup and Installation
The L-Wireless Controller offers two primary connection options for installation:
Option 1: Connect to USB Type-A Port
Connect the L-Wireless Controller directly to an available external USB Type-A port on your computer.

Option 2: Connect to Motherboard 9-pin Header
Use the provided USB/PWM header cable to connect the controller to a 9-pin USB header on your motherboard. Additionally, connect the PWM cable from the controller to a PWM header on your motherboard for fan speed synchronization.

Note: To synchronize fan speed with the motherboard, use this second connection method and ensure the PWM cable from the controller is connected to the motherboard for proper functionality.
Power Connection (Extra Fan Power)
The package includes a 3 x 12V PWM-to-SATA adapter for additional fan power. If your motherboard's 4-pin PWM port provides insufficient power (below 1A), causing the fan to flicker white during startup, connect the fan to another 4-pin PWM port or use the provided adapter for stable performance. Connect the SATA power connector to your power supply unit.

Troubleshooting
- Fans flickering white during startup: This indicates insufficient power from the motherboard's 4-pin PWM port (below 1A). Connect the fan to another 4-pin PWM port or use the provided 3 x 12V PWM-to-SATA adapter for stable performance. Ensure the SATA power connector is securely connected to your power supply unit.
- Fans not synchronizing with motherboard: Ensure the controller is connected to the motherboard via the 9-pin USB header AND the PWM header using the provided USB/PWM header cable.
- Controller not detected by L-Connect 3: Verify that the controller is properly connected to either a USB Type-A port or the motherboard's 9-pin USB header. Try restarting the L-Connect 3 software or your computer. Ensure the latest version of L-Connect 3 is installed.
- Wireless connection issues: Ensure the controller is not obstructed by metal components within the PC case. Try repositioning the controller if possible.
Maintenance
The Lian Li UNI Fan L-Wireless Controller requires minimal maintenance. Keep the device clean and free from dust. Ensure proper airflow around the controller if it is installed in a confined space. Regularly check for and install updates for the L-Connect 3 software to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
