1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances.

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack all components and ensure all parts are present and undamaged.
  2. Place the popcorn machine on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Ensure the kettle is securely attached within the machine.
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The VEVOR Popcorn Maker features a simple 3-switch operation for ease of use.

  1. Preparation: Add the desired amount of popcorn kernels and oil to the 8 oz kettle. Refer to the kettle's markings or your recipe for precise measurements.
  2. Power On: Turn on the "Pot Heater" switch to begin heating the kettle. The kettle will rapidly warm up in a few minutes.
  3. Stirring: Turn on the "Stirrer" switch to activate the built-in stirring system, ensuring even popping of kernels.
  4. Warming: Turn on the "Warmer" switch. This activates the 60W heating tube underneath the warming deck and the 60W warmer light, keeping popped popcorn fresh and illuminated.
  5. Popping Process: Once popping begins, the popcorn will fall into the warming deck below.
  6. Serving: Once popping has ceased, turn off the "Pot Heater" and "Stirrer" switches. The "Warmer" can remain on to keep popcorn warm. Carefully tilt the kettle to empty any remaining popcorn.
  7. After Use: Unplug the machine from the power outlet when not in use.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your popcorn maker.

  1. Cool Down: Always ensure the machine is unplugged and completely cooled before cleaning.
  2. Kettle Cleaning:
    • Remove the kettle from its mounting by carefully detaching it from the top.
    • Unscrew the wing nuts to remove the lid from the kettle.
    • Wipe the interior and exterior of the kettle with a wet cloth or towel. For stubborn residue, use a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Interior Cleaning: Wipe down the tempered glass panels and the cold rolled steel frame with a damp cloth.
  4. Crumb Tray: The machine features a removable crumb tray at the bottom. Slide it out, empty any unpopped kernels or debris, and clean it with a damp cloth.
  5. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

7. Troubleshooting
