2.1 General Safety Warnings
- Read the entire manual: Understand all operating instructions and warnings before use.
- Wear appropriate safety gear: Always wear eye protection (safety glasses or goggles), hearing protection, and protective clothing.
- Keep children and pets away: Do not allow children or untrained individuals to operate the pressure washer.
- Operate in a well-ventilated area: The engine produces carbon monoxide, which is a colorless, odorless, and poisonous gas.
- Fuel handling: Handle gasoline with extreme care. Store fuel in approved containers and never refuel a hot or running engine.
- High-pressure spray: Never direct the spray at people, animals, electrical devices, or the unit itself. The high pressure can cause severe injury.

4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use.
4.1 Assembly
- Attach the Wheels: Securely attach the two wheels to the main frame using the provided hardware.
- Install the Handle: Slide the handle assembly into the designated slots on the main unit and secure it with the locking pins or bolts.
- Connect the High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
- Attach the Wand: Connect the spray wand to the spray gun.
4.2 Fuel and Oil
The engine is shipped without oil or fuel. You must add both before starting the unit.
- Add Engine Oil: Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick. Add the recommended engine oil (refer to engine manual for type and capacity) until it reaches the full mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Add Gasoline: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill. Leave space for fuel expansion.
4.3 Water Connection
- Connect a garden hose (minimum 5/8 inch diameter) to the water inlet on the pressure washer.
- Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a steady water supply.
- Turn on the water supply completely.
- Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges. This prevents damage to the pump.

5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your pressure washer.
5.1 Starting the Engine
- Ensure the water supply is fully on and all air is purged from the system.
- Turn the engine switch to the "ON" position.
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (cold engine).
- Move the fuel valve to the "ON" position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
5.2 Using Nozzles
The pressure washer comes with 5 quick-connect nozzles for various applications.
- 0° Red Nozzle: Concentrated, high-impact jet for tough stains and hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
- 15° Yellow Nozzle: Narrow spray for intensive cleaning of small areas.
- 25° Green Nozzle: Medium spray for general cleaning of most surfaces.
- 40° White Nozzle: Wide spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.
- Black Soap Nozzle: Low-pressure spray for applying detergent.
To change nozzles, pull back the collar on the quick-connect fitting at the end of the wand, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar. Ensure the nozzle is securely seated before operating.

5.4 Shutting Down
- Turn off the engine switch.
- Turn off the fuel valve.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
