Key Components:

  1. Left/Right Click Buttons: Standard mouse buttons.
  2. Scroll Wheel: For vertical scrolling and can be pressed for an additional function.
  3. Forward/Backward Buttons: Located on the left side, typically for navigation in web browsers or can be programmed.
  4. DPI Switch Button: Located on the bottom of the mouse, used to cycle through DPI settings.
  5. Connectivity Switch: Located on the bottom, allows switching between 2.4GHz, Off (Wired), and Bluetooth modes.
  6. USB-C Port: For charging and wired connection.
  7. USB 2.4GHz Receiver Storage: A compartment on the underside of the mouse to store the wireless receiver.

Setup

1. Charging the Mouse

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the mouse's USB-C port and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The RGB lighting may indicate charging status.

2. Connecting the Mouse

The KYSONA M660 offers three connectivity modes: Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth.

Wired Mode:

  • Connect the USB-C cable to the mouse and the USB-A end to your computer.
  • Set the connectivity switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'Off' position. The mouse will function as a wired device and charge simultaneously.

2.4GHz Wireless Mode:

  • Locate the USB 2.4GHz receiver stored in the compartment on the underside of the mouse.

  • Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  • Set the connectivity switch on the bottom of the mouse to the '2.4G' position.
  • The mouse should automatically connect.

Bluetooth Mode:

  • Set the connectivity switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'BT' position.
  • The mouse will enter pairing mode (indicated by a blinking light).
  • On your device (PC, Mac, iPad, Android), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
  • Select 'KYSONA M660' from the list to pair.

3. Software Installation (Optional)

For advanced customization of DPI, lighting effects, and button functions, download the dedicated driver software from the official KYSONA website. While the mouse functions without the software, it unlocks full personalization.

Operating Instructions

DPI Adjustment

The mouse features 6 adjustable DPI levels (400/800/1600/3200/6400/12000). To change the DPI, press the DPI switch button located on the bottom of the mouse. Each press will cycle to the next DPI setting.

RGB Lighting Control

The KYSONA M660 offers 5 adjustable RGB lighting modes. To switch between lighting effects, press and hold the Scroll Wheel and the Forward Button simultaneously for 3 seconds.

Programmable Buttons

The mouse features 5 programmable buttons. These can be customized using the dedicated software to perform specific functions, macros, or keybindings, enhancing your gaming and productivity.

Power Management

The mouse is equipped with a 400mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 80 hours of continuous use. When the battery is low, the mouse's indicator light may change or blink. Connect the USB-C cable to recharge.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the mouse.
  • For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Do not allow liquids to enter the mouse's interior.
  • Regularly clean the optical sensor area on the bottom of the mouse to ensure accurate tracking.

Battery Care

  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
  • If storing for a long time, charge the battery to about 50% to prolong its lifespan.
